Diagnosis

Female patient with 32 years old.
Symptoms: disabling bilateral lombosciatalgia with associated paresthesias and discreet notion of reduced muscle strength in dorsiflexion of the foot.

Diagnosis: Voluminous disc herniation at L5-S1.

Clinical Case 2

Diagnosis

Male patient with 68 years old.
Symptoms: Intense and disabling left low back pain, patient has difficulties in movement and walking.

Diagnosis: Left posterolateral disc herniation at L4-L5.
