Diagnosis

Female patient, 32 years old.

Symptoms: Disabling bilateral lumbosciatica, with associated paresthesias and a slight perception of reduced muscle strength in dorsiflexion of the feet.

Diagnosis: Large herniated disc at L5-S1.

Clinical Case 2

Diagnosis

Male patient, 68 years old. Symptoms: Intense and debilitating left lower back pain; patient presents with difficulty in movement and gait. Diagnosis: Left posterolateral disc herniation at L4-L5.

Clinical Case 3

Diagnosis

Male patient, 79 years old. Symptoms: Right lumbosciatica that interferes with the patient's daily activities. Diagnosis: Right disc herniation.

Clinical Case 4

Diagnosis

Female patient, 49 years old.

Symptoms: Debilitating left lumbosciatica, with associated paresthesia in the lower limb.

Diagnosis: Large left disc herniation.
